The Gathering

The Women’s Gathering Quarterly Event at First Baptist Church Somerset was developed from the ground up, with a goal to create a welcoming and impactful experience for women of all ages. As the Creative Lead, I was responsible for developing a fresh concept and crafting a warm, trendy visual identity that would resonate across generations. This included designing the event logo, digital screens, seasonal branding, and all print materials. I also created merchandise, photobooths, and decor to ensure a cohesive event experience. Additionally, I trained the team on event setup and coordinated production. To promote the event, I developed video and social media content in collaboration with the church’s marketing director, ensuring a unified and engaging brand presence across all channels.

 

Synopsis

This project aimed to establish an ongoing series of Women’s Gathering events at First Baptist Church, focusing on creating an inclusive atmosphere with a modern, approachable design. The visual identity I developed successfully bridged the gap between different age groups, making the event accessible and appealing to both younger and older women.
